Delivery times will vary according to location and if the product is a Babe Thread's Exclusive (BTE) or ready to wear (RTW) item, and are estimated here:
During high-volume periods such as holidays, and on very rare occasions, the delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Return & Refund Policy
At Babe Threads we want to make sure our customers are always happy. We are always here to lend a hand if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.
We guarantee a full refund if you are ever not in love with our products with in 7 days of receiving the item.
Just let us know what's wrong, and if we can't help, you can return your order for a full refund!
To be eligible for a refund, we must be able to verify your purchase. Please send us photos if applicable to why you were unhappy. Once we've confirmed your purchase, you must return the item to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return. If the item is still in usable condition, we'll donate it to a local charity.
If you need to exchange something, contact our customer service team
. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days of processing - dependent on your card issuers policies.
