Because some of our products are hand made to order or ship from different warehouses, you may get multiple packages per order.

Delivery times will vary according to location and if the product is a Babe Thread's Exclusive (BTE) or ready to wear (RTW) item, and are estimated here:

Return & Refund Policy

We guarantee a full refund if you are ever not in love with our products.

Just let us know what's wrong, and if we can't help, you can return your order for a full refund!

To be eligible for a refund, we must be able to verify your purchase. Please send us photos if applicable to why you were unhappy. Once we've confirmed your purchase, you must return the item to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return. If the item is still in usable condition, we'll donate it to a local charity.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, please contact our customer service team.

If you need to exchange something, contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days of processing - dependent on your card issuers policies.
